Wildloom

Privacy

How Wildloom handles your flowers, your photographs and your details.

What we store

Your account details (name, email and role), your profile information, the collection entries you create, the posts and comments you share, listings you submit, and records of activity in the app such as a flower you saved — this activity record is the foundation for a personal Year in Bloom later on.

Private by default

Discovered and Wishlist collections are private to you. Each entry stays visible only to you unless you deliberately mark that entry as shareable. Collection photographs are stored privately and are served to you through short-lived links. We ask only for a city or region level location, never exact coordinates.

Public content

Posts you publish in The Bloom, comments and approved Explore listings are visible to everyone who visits Wildloom, including people who are not signed in. You can delete your own posts and comments at any time.

Who can see what

Access rules are applied to every record, so one member can never read or change another member's private collection, saves or activity. Administrators can view reported content and listing submissions in order to moderate them.

Photographs and attribution

Catalogue photographs carry their creator, licence and attribution where known. Community photographs are shown as shared by their author. Please do not upload images you do not have the right to share.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, change what is shareable, delete your collection entries and delete your posts at any time. To close your account or have your data removed, contact the Wildloom team from the Support page.
